1. Refund Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer care team immediately. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue and, at our discretion, provide a replacement at no extra cost.

2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.

Once the cancellation request is approved, a refund will be Credited within 24–48 business hours.
3. Returns Policy
Please note: Returns are only applicable in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged product delivered
To Request a Return:
Timeframe: Initiate the return request within 7 days of receiving the delivery.
How to Initiate: Submit the request through the ‘My Account’ section on our website.
Required Condition: The item must be:
Unused and undamaged
In its original packaging
Mandatory Uploads (during request):
Invoice image
Clear photos of the product
Clear photos of the packaging
Once verified, the product will be picked up by our logistics partner and returned to our warehouse. After successful inspection, your refund will be Credited within 15 days.
Returns will not be accepted for the following:
Damages due to misuse or mishandling
Products with tampered packaging or product labels
Incidental or cosmetic damage not affecting usability
Products missing parts/components
Products not returned in their original condition
4. For Incorrect/Incomplete Orders
In case you receive the wrong product or your order is incomplete, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. All the exchange/replaced / Damaged product will be delivered with in 5-7 Business days.
