🛡️ What is covered under the warranty?

All EnergeniX™ bottles come with a limited warranty from the date of retail purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.
Note: This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications.


🚚 How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to deliver your EnergeniX™ order within 7–15 business days, depending on your location. In rare cases, delays may occur due to unforeseen logistics issues. If that happens, we will notify you via email.


🧴 Are all EnergeniX™ bottles BPA-free?

Absolutely! All EnergeniX™ bottles are made with 100% food-grade 304 stainless steel, and are completely BPA-free and safe for everyday use.


❌ Do EnergeniX™ bottles contain lead?

No. All EnergeniX™ products are completely lead-free and crafted with the highest safety and quality standards.


💵 Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option for your convenience.


🔁 What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase.
To qualify for a full refund:

  • The product must be unused.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

🔍 How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking ID. You can use this number to track your order via our website or through the courier’s tracking portal.


🧼 Are EnergeniX™ bottles dishwasher safe?

Yes, all EnergeniX™ bottles are dishwasher safe. However, for long-lasting performance, we recommend hand washing with mild soap and warm water.


🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to select countries.
International orders may be subject to:

  • Shipping charges

  • Import duties or customs fees

🎨 Can I customize my EnergeniX™ bottle?

At this time, individual customizations are not available.
